Fighting for Success Foundation was created in 2017 to help bridge the gap between minority students living in rural Delhi, Louisiana, and higher education. We believe with life skills, self-awareness, positive parenting skills, financial assistance, and exposure to opportunities in the workforce we can build stronger relationships between youth and their families, as well as, increase self-sufficiency. 

In 2023, Fighting for Succes Foundation started the Center of Pan African Children (CAPAC) in Oregon to reduce the barriers African descent children and families experience living as a micro-community of 3%. CAPAC offers the following programs:

Scholarship developed for minority students that plan to pursue higher education in one of the following STEAM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics).

Chief Rufus Carter Sr. Memorial scholarship is available to all African American and Hispanic seniors from Delhi, Louisiana pursuing a 4-year degree.
